Using GridShop

By creating an account you agree to use GridShop lawfully and to respect the licenses attached to each resource you purchase. Licenses are granted per the terms set by each creator on the resource page.

Purchases & licenses

Purchases grant you a license to use the resource on your server. Resources are digital goods delivered instantly; reselling or redistributing a resource is not permitted unless the license explicitly allows it.

Refunds

Because resources are digital, refunds are reviewed case by case within 14 days of purchase. Reach out and our team will help sort it out.

Privacy

We store only the data needed to run your account and orders. We never sell your personal data. You can delete your account at any time from your settings, which removes your library access and order history.
