Using GridShop
By creating an account you agree to use GridShop lawfully and to respect the licenses attached to each resource you purchase. Licenses are granted per the terms set by each creator on the resource page.
Orders & licenses
Placing an order reserves the resources for you; orders are completed and delivered through a ticket on our Discord — there is no payment taken on the site. Once delivered, a purchase grants you a license to use the resource on your server. Reselling or redistributing a resource is not permitted unless the license explicitly allows it.
FiveM Ready accounts
FiveM Ready accounts are delivered manually after your order is confirmed in your Discord ticket. The warranty on a FiveM Ready account is automatically voided the moment the underlying Rockstar / Social Club account data is changed — including changing the account email, recovery email or password. Once we detect a change-confirmation email on the account, it is permanently marked as out of warranty and is no longer eligible for replacement or support.
Refunds
Because resources are digital, refunds are reviewed case by case. Reach out in your Discord ticket and our team will help sort it out.
Privacy
We store only the data needed to run your account and orders. We never sell your personal data. You can delete your account at any time from your settings, which removes your library access and order history.
